A Note on Covid-19
Our COVID-19 policy will continue to evolve to reflect reasonable and responsible practices given the present situation, and is therefore subject to future updates.
Face Masks: Masks are not required currently. If for any reason you prefer mask use during your visit, please let your therapist know and they will happily wear one.
Vaccination: Therapists are fully vaccinated. There is no requirement for patients to be vaccinated to receive therapy.
Sanitation: We diligently clean all equipment between patients with hospital grade disinfectant, which is effective against a broad spectrum of pathogens, including MRSA, HIV, Staph, and SARS-CoV-2.
We operate with transparency. If your therapist is exposed to or infected with COVID-19, you will be alerted promptly and kept informed of subsequent therapist test results.
We expect transparency. We expect patients to conduct themselves with integrity, and remain conscientious of the safety of our other patients. If you are sick, COVID-19 or otherwise, let your therapist know before your visit. If you realize sometime after your visit that you’ve accidentally exposed your therapist to an illness, please tell us as soon as you know, so we can avoid exposing others. You’ll never be penalized for transparency.
Secure telehealth options are available so your care plan won’t be interrupted. Protected Health Information of other patients and yourself is always kept private, following HIPAA regulations.
